Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Eleniam, Limited, doing business as Eleniam(“we”), which runs Postvisor. By using Postvisor you agree to them.

The service

Postvisor studies the posts on the social accounts you connect and gives you findings, ideas and scripts. It is in early access: connecting Instagram is limited to invited testers, and features may change.

Your account

You must be 18 or over. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Your content

You own your posts and everything you connect. You let us copy, store and process it only to provide Postvisor to you, as the Privacy policy describes. That permission ends when the content is deleted.

What Postvisor writes

The ideas, scripts and captions Postvisor writes for you are yours to use. They’re written by AI from your own posts, so they can be wrong or resemble other content: read them before you post, since you’re responsible for what you publish. Findings are estimates from your past posts, not promises about future ones.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Postvisor to break the law, reach anyone else’s data, interfere with the service, copy or reverse-engineer it, or resell access to it.

Other platforms

Instagram and TikTok are run by Meta and TikTok under their own terms, which you must also follow. We aren’t responsible for their availability or for changes they make to what they share.

Fees

Postvisor is free during early access. If that changes, we’ll tell you before anything is charged.

Ending

You can stop using Postvisor at any time and ask us to delete your data (see Data deletion). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we stop offering Postvisor; we’ll give notice where we reasonably can.

Disclaimers

Postvisor is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about Postvisor is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before it and $100.

Changes

We’ll post any changes here and update the date above. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email first. Using Postvisor after a change means you accept it.
